About Our Club

Founded in 2020 by professional lacrosse player and Lancaster, PA, native Alex Ready, Rise Lacrosse started as a full-service lacrosse training program. Offering individual and team training, club teams, camps, and professional player clinics, Coach Alex built a program that served hundreds of young players who were looking for positive, upbeat coaching and instruction.

As Alex moved on to pursue his college coaching career after the club’s first summer, a crew of experienced, successful high school coaches and lacrosse trainers assembled to move Rise forward focused on the following goals.

  1. Provide a club team program focused on player development. We emphasize being a great teammate and competing at all times.
  2. Raise the level of lacrosse in the Lancaster, PA, area through coach development. We aim to teach others how to build practices that are fun and effective while building relationships based on respect and trust.
  3. Serve our community with affordable programming of the highest quality.

Rise Lacrosse Club operates as a non-profit organization. Our board is comprised of coaches aiming to build up kids and improve the level of play in our area.
