Tryouts for Fall 2023 & Summer 2024 Rise Lacrosse Club teams will be held indoors from 5:45-7:15 p.m. at Nook Lanco on the following dates for the grad years listed.

- 2028 (more-experienced 2028s are encouraged to attend July 11, if possible)

Rise LC will field teams across the 2026-2032 graduation-year age groups in 2023-2024. The program includes both fall and summer. The fall program consists of weekly Sunday afternoon/evening practices in October followed by 1-2 tournament(s) in November. The fall commitment is more casual, as we encourage multi-sport participation.
Tryout cost is $20, including transaction fees. Program fees for this past year were $760-$1,100, depending on age group and number of tournaments, with goalies receiving a discount. Rise LC will wear a new uniform design in 23-24. Per-player uniform cost will be around $100. Each player and coach in the program is required to maintain current USA Lacrosse membership. The summer program runs from the start of June to the middle of July, including 2-3 tournaments; each week we hold two team practices and one positional skills session. Practices are held in Manheim Township, Lancaster County.
These program details provided are based on our 22-23 program year, so there may be slight changes for 23-24. Returning Rise LC players must register and tryout in order to be considered for next year’s team.
